• Address of where it is to be delivered

• Postcode

• method of shipment: -  Australia Post (normal post / express post  - only for spare parts⁽¹⁾ & accessories)

                                                - TNT (secure delivery, signature required)

•  specify if you need transit insurance⁽²⁾
  

and we will quote you the FINAL price which includes freight / postage and insurance (if needed) to you.

3) The following methods of payment are available⁽³⁾

a) Internet Banking

We will advise you of the account number and this is our preferred method of payment.

Note: Telegraphic Transfers
If you are making a payment from outside of Australia, please be informed that there will be a bank surcharge fee of $10 that needs to be included on top of the final quote provided to you.

2) When the product (s) exits the warehouse, it is in excellent condition unless otherwise specified on the website. Please specify if you require transit insurance for your order as we are not responsible if damage occurs after it exits the warehouse. If you do not specify, it is assumed that insurance is not required.

3) Please note payment options:-

Product in stock - full payment is required before we send it out to you.
Product not in stock - a deposit of 80% of the total amount advised has to be made to confirm your order.

When payment has cleared from the bank, we will process your order and send it out to you as soon as possible.
